Total Body ZOOM Workout! Follow along!

Welcome to BNF’s first ever Zoom workout! You can look forward to joining us live for a workout going forward, but in the meantime, here’s the workout from our first go!  For the sake of this post, you’ll just be seeing the explanation plus the first set of each circuit, then complete the rest on your own and move onto the next video when you are ready.

The Warm Up…just follow along!

Part 1: 4 Part Circuit, 4 Rounds. Do the first round with us, then complete the last few rounds on your own. You can go with a timer, or you can just count reps(amount described in the video), whatever is easiest for you.

Part 2: 4 Part Circuit, 3 Rounds. Do the first round with us, then complete the last few rounds on your own. You can go with a timer, or you can just count reps(amount described in the video), whatever is easiest for you.

The Finisher! Do the first round with us, then complete the last few rounds on your own. You can go with a timer, or you can just count reps(amount described in the video), whatever is easiest for you.
